Infinite Boot after Fresh Install

Just built a new computer and used the SSD from an old build.

I installed Windows 7 and it worked great. When I first got into the desktop, the computer would auto turn off and do an infinite reboot after that.

I can't even get back into the desktop.

The computer reboots right after the POST screen.

Specs:

i5-4690k
Gigabyte z97x-Gaming 3
R9 290x
8GB HyperX RAM
AX760 PSU
240GB Seagate SSD.

I also tried installing Windows on an old HDD. It did the same thing.

Any help?

No blue screen. I see POST and then it restarts, infinitely.

I've tried reseating the RAM, but to no avail. I had the RAM tested before buying it from the store, so I know that's not it.

Like I've said, all the base components were tested at the store before buying. I'm certain the CPU is good.

I will try putting the RAM in the other slots.

Edit: Did not work. Still getting the same thing.

I don't know if this would help, but I used this SSD in a system beforehand that had a failed PSU. I had this same exact problem on the other PC as well. Maybe the drive is bad?
