Infinite boot loop. Can't get to Windows 7 desktop.

I just bought a Pentium G3258 Haswell Refresh with a GIGABYTE H81 GA-H81M-DS2V motherboard (8 series) and the BIOS version is F4 which supposedly supports my CPU.

However, after installing Windows 7 Ultimate, I can't boot it to desktop. When I turn my computer on, the GIGABYTE screen flashes and it just keeps resetting.

Does anyone know what the problem could possibly be?

if you played in bios then enter again load optimized defaults and save on exit and try again

I tried that and it unfortunately did not work.
