I turned on AIDA . Unfortunately nothing was showing so I ran it as administrator.
After I pressed 'Yes' I had BSOD - Driver Power State Failure.
Now I still have infinite booting...
I tried turn on Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8, Ubuntu and repair system but everything is stopped on 'loading system'.
Only Back Track / Kali linux is working good.

What's the matter?

Best regards!

BT can run independently even if there is not an OS on the hard drive. And if you are running BT off of that same hard drive it could be on a sector that it still ok.
It could possibly be the hard drive. You could try running some diagnostic software to test it. If it fails of course you would just need to get another one. Here is one that I have used in the past.
http://www.seagate.com/support/downloads/item/seatools-dos-master/

Does it stay on the entire time you are on Back Track?
Is this a laptop or a desktop?

Could also be something with the motherboard since it is doing an infinite boot loop. But if it is staying on during Back Track I don't think it will be the motherboard.

You could try something like Hiren's BootCD or Ultimate Boot CD for Windows.

http://www.hirensbootcd.org/download/

you will need to click the link in the green box that says Filename: Hirens.BootCD.15.2.zip

If it stays on you can run a full diagnostic to see what is going on.

You can also try removing all the RAM and putting one stick in at a time to eliminate if it is bad RAM.

By full diagnostic I just mean to test every component in the computer. But with Hirens you should be able to test the motherboard. If the tests that you are running for the motherboard are not working then its likely that will be the issue.

I had tested CPU, GPU, RAM... before HDD..
Every test - passed 🙁

I can't find anything tools to check motherboard. Any suggestion, where I should search?

Yeaaaaah!
Probably I have a solutions! :)

When HDD is disconnected <unplugged> I can turn on system from pendrive!

But.. In this situation what is wrong with hard drive?

Maybe tomorrow I will have new SSD, so everything will be good.

But I still don't understand.. why Back Track can normally working with this HDD? What's difference between BT, Ubuntu and Windows? 😵
