[SOLVED] Infinite loop after clean installing AMD drivers

Hi, I currently have a RX550 card with 19.x radeon software, I currently can't access the radeon software, so I wanted to do a clean install, downloaded DDU, went into safe mode, selected GPU,AMD and clicked clean&restart, it did clean, but when it tried to restart, the pc was stuck in the infinite loop of windows logo, Tried to fix this using the CMD codes provided by the DDU amd fix thread, didn't work, tried using a older version of DDU, still same, tried using the AMD's own clean install tool, same result. Is anyone having this issue or is it just me? And how can I fix this?

Windows 10, yes i can get into safe mode, I tried DDU in safemode but as I said, when it restarts, the pc just gets stuck on the loading circle.
