Question Infinite loop, on and then off

My last PSU died, and I got a new one; then installed it and had problems getting the PC running. I messed with the front panel switches a little bit and got it turning on, but it's an infinite loop of on then off then on then off, and so on

You need to get a PSU at least with the bronze certification because that what happens to you is not normal probably the power source has a false due to an overload.

Anyway to fix it?

Make sure the front panel cord placement from case plugged in correctly to front panel header on motherboard. Wrong placement can make the motherboard short.

O crap I forgot to tell y'all. I fixed it my ram was upside down
