infinite restart loop on Acer laptop

Okay so I was just streaming the web when boom my laptop turned off and I turned it back on and went into the infinite restart loop. Tried to reset to basic BIOS settings but didn't work. Tried running it in legacy mode but it said OS not detected any suggestions?

Most laptop problems of this sort happen when it needs a good clean internally. Chances are your computer is running too hot due to dust infiltration, leaving it for a while to cool down will probably work. If so, it needs to be taken apart and cleaned by a professional under warranty, or you can do it yourself and void the warranty.

Its pretty new ( 1 month) I don't think its the dust problem.

What version of Windows?

Windows 8 pre installed I believe. Laptop model Acer aspire e1-432 p series.

Have you made any changes to the hardware or software on the computer prior to the issue?

Nomne that would cause this. I just normal updates running but the last update was like almost a week ago

Maybe something caused your operating system to become corrupted ?

Are you able to burn dvds, or have a usb flash drive?
If so, you can burn a DART image and run a scan with that.

Thats what i was thinking but I haven't downloaded anything recently and I don't think streaming vids of TV shows would give me anything.
