Infinite start loop

So basically my computer is infinitely restarting without sending a signal to my monitor. I don't know what to do at this point. All and any help is appreciated
Pc specs:
Core i7 6700k
EVGA gtx 950 SC+
8GB (8x1) hyper X DDR4 RAM
Gigabyte GA-H110G-A mobo

If you have a modular EVGA power supply like me and have any fans that use molex cables like mine, make sure that the molex cables connecting to the power supply doesn't have a like a loop thing. Mine had it and it did the same exact thing. It started up, shut off and no display.
