[SOLVED] Ingame stutter because of ssd or bad motherboard

I got ingame stutter and we tryed pulling out the ssd's and work only with the windows one. And the stutter is gone. The next day, nothing has been changed and the stutter is back.

Is it possible that the motherboard is faulty in this case?

The motherboard was at fault. Bought a new one and stutter is gone.
