I have 100 MBps broadband. It is being delivered from ONT modem to ZyXel Keenetic Start AP and distributed from there by Wi-Fi and 100 MBps LAN.

Smartfones and notebooks usually have up to 40 mbps. Xbox One can have up to 95 MBps via LAN.

The problem is PC. It gets 2MBps by Wi-Fi (USB adapter) and 1 MBps (on-board LAN) from the same router. Those up to 40MBps Wi-Fi speeds by smartphones and laptops tested exactly from the location and height of PC. Xbox One gets the same 95 MBps if I plug the same LAN cable.

Interesting point - 4G Wi-Fi mobile access point delivers 7-8 MBps which is normal for the area. I do not believe that 4G provider is able to deliver 70 MBps in the area while 30-40 is however possible. Anyway 4G speeds are nowhere to compete with GPON 100MBps from reliable ISP.

So if I want to blame Xfast LAN installed or something hardware based, then how can I explain decent speed from 4G AP?

What can be wrong with router or PC itself?

So your USB wifi adapter is probably just a sucky one (most are), these are inferior to what is inside your laptop or smartphone.

As for the lan you may have a drive problem or likely an auto-negotiation problem. Open Network and Sharing center, click adapter properties, select your ethernet adapter and hit status to see if it is reading as 10, 100, or 1000mbps.

Also FYI it is very difficult to tell when you are meaning mbps (megabits) and MBps megabytes. 80 MBps would be 640 mbps which no, no cellular provider offers even close to that, most places dont even so 70-80 mbps.
