So I've been having this issue with my pc ever since I put in a new motherboard a few months back. The first message (see first link above) will appear about 10 minutes after the pc boots up, dismissing it will bring up the second message (second picture). It doesn't seem to affect performance but It is a little annoying and I want to take care of it. I have not tried to overclock my CPU (its a i5 8400). Searching the internet has brought up a few people who have had similar experiences but I've had no luck finding a solution. I'm sorry if this isn't enough information to go off of. I would appreciate any feedback anyone here has to give.
Thanks in advance.

Solution
Assuming Windows 10:

Right click on the Taskbar and bring up Task Manager.
Click on the Services tab, and scroll down until you find that EasyTune thing
Right click on it and STOP.

https://www.ccleaner.com/speccy can show you and us your parts in your PC(sans the PSU). Specifics.

This is an assumption. Your motherboard comes with a utility and you haven't installed it or it's corrupted. I'm not talking about the chipset driver. In your shoes I'd look in Windows 10 services and find the culprit and disabled that service. That is only a band-aid that will stop the error but I'd want to know the why.

I'd get on the horn with your motherboard's manufaturer and figure out of an RMA is in order.

USAFRet's answer is probably the right one. It's probably looking for the old board's utility.

Sorry, I should have specified, the OS is windows 10. I installed the same copy after I put everything together with the new Motherboard. The specs of the pc are

CPU: Intel i5 8400
Mobo: Asrock z370m pro4
GPU: GTX 1050 ti
RAM: 8 gigs Corsair Vengeance DDR4
PSU: EVGA BQ 500w

Thank you so much for the quike replies, do you think it would be a good idea then to uninstall all of the old motherboard drivers?
Unfortunately I'm pretty sure I cant return the mobo at this point.

I just wanted to thank you for sharing this info. It helped me!
For two months I was receiving both errors after every boot:
  • Ini Service fail:Timeout has expired and the operation has not be completed
  • Object reference not set to an instance of an object. The overclocking function will be disabled
I started receiving these errors after changing my motherboard from a GIGABYTE X470 AORUS ULTRA GAMING to an ASRock X570 PHANTOM GAMING-ITX/TB3.
After uninstalling Easytune I received this new error:
  • Ini service fail easytune engine was not found on computer
Searching for this error got me to this post. I could not find any app named Gservice although it did appear in the service tab of the task manager. I then noticed an app named App Center from gigabyte; after I uninstalled it the problem was solved.
Thanks again!
