Question Initial boot

Hello Gurus,

I am building the computer the first time and it's interesting learning so far. Yesterday I assembled the computer and connected all the cables.

When I turned on the computer the first time, all the case fans and CPU cooler fan started. Also, all case lights started. However, I got NO display on monitor neither my keyboard lights were on. What could be the reason?

Here is my configuration:

Intel - Core i7-9700K 3.6 GHz 8-Core Processor
Noctua - NH-U14S 82.52 CFM CPU Cooler
Asus - ROG STRIX Z390-E GAMING ATX LGA1151 Motherboard
G.Skill - Ripjaws V Series 16 GB (2 x 8 GB) DDR4-3200 Memory
Samsung - 970 Pro 512 GB M.2-2280 Solid State Drive
Rosewill - THOR V2 ATX Full Tower Case
EVGA - SuperNOVA G1+ 850 W 80+ Gold Certified Fully-Modular ATX Power Supply

Hmmm... did you plug in the CPU power cable?

Yes, I connected the cables to CPU_OV.

Nooo.... that's not good.
Y'know there is an 8pin connector top left of the socket? That's the CPU Power.
