Question Ink?? on new bought motherboard

First time building a pc. Mobo arrive, check and found pen ink stain/ mark? near both m.2 slot. What is it? Will the mobo work? Should I be concern?

The board is asus tuf gaming b660m plus wif d4 bought from amazon US. The condition is new and seal is intact. First time buying from amazon, don't live in US

That's a bit weird, I have bought a lot of motherboards, new and used, but I don't remember having seen a mark of ink like this on them.

Anyway, if the package is apparently intact, you should leave it as is (in case of a return) and start using it.

I would contact Asus and ask them, look like it could have been a quality control person at the assembly plant mark them as they dont seem to be in the ink marks on the board.

They may tell you to return it to amazon for a replacement.
