Sorry to sound dense, but do you mean postcard-sized card (i.e. blank both
sides) or marked on the back? I've been producing postcards for years, using
MS Publisher, by quartering an A4 sheet (210g/m² glossy photo paper)
manually adding the markings on the back, and then trimming to size. If you
have Publisher I can send you a template. If not, I can send you a PDF of
what it looks like.

To use an Americanism, it's a bit of a no-brainer once you know what you're
doing.

Thanks, I might have to do the same, but I know they're out
there , Avery do them but I just can't find who supplies
them in the UK.....

Not according to Avery's website (that was the first place I looked). I also
checked my version of DesignPro and it doesn't have a postcard template.

I hate to say it but PC World sell postcards - 4 to an 175 gsm A4 sheet with
18 sheets in a £5 pack Do a search at www.pcworld.co.uk for "postcard".

Double sided heavy Epson matte paper works well. Cut it in quarters. Also,
Epson glossy photo paper can be printed on both sides, although the back
side has a faint epson logo that doesn't show that much. Not suitable for
commercial use, but ok for personal cards.
