Innaccurate Ryzen CPU temps.

AMD R7 1700, Kraken x52, Asus ROG strix X370-f.

According to all software, and bios monitoring, my cpu is at 4 degrees celsius. It only reached 20 degrees during cinebench. I'm aware there was a 20'degree offset, but I thought it was 20 additional degrees, not the other way around. Anyone have any insights to this? thanks

Only monitor it with ryzen master program. Basically everything else is flawed

Also update your bios if you haven't already the latest ones remove the offest stuff and sometimes give better readings in other programs
