Hi, i'm surfing from gpu to gpu these weeks, i hope this is my last time. Some days ago i got for 125 euro an r9 290 Club3D Royalace, 86% asic and very nice looking imho. This card seems to have good potential despite age.
Ok so, yesterday i got for 260 euro an inno3d 1070 ti x2 from ebay, i saw later this seller had 12 units in stock, so probably they was used for mining (inside card box, there is a stick who say: "this card is recomended for mining", never saw something like this).
Idk much about inno3d brand, but i tried this card and seems to work good, it had just some coil whine, a bit loud but i can live with it, i changed also themal paste and tried some overclock and i reach successful core 2000mhz and ram +550mhz, temps are 74-75c with 77c peak (oc) with fan 95-100%, and idk if it's normal for a custom, fans also on 100% are very silent, seems off, airflow seems not so powerfull anyway.
So my doubts are if keep this 1070ti and sell the 290, or refund (i can without problem) the 1070ti and keep the 290. What do you guys suggest? My monitor is an AOC 144hz full HD with freesync.
Thanks in advance...

1070 ti will be much better IF it will work. its not very old card and guy who used them for mining is not the best miner :) they were capped by lower ram and did not worked that well. I think the build was used for short while, and card should not be very badly damaged. I would stay with 1070 ti.
