Hello I'd like to add a GPU to my system and I'm on a small budget so this and an 8 GB RAM upgrade would be what I will be working on. I plan to buy the parts by December when I get the money to actually buy the parts. Here's my system:

Motherboard: Asus H61M-C
CPU: Intel Pentium G2030
RAM: (x2) 2GB Kingston 1333 DDR3 RAM (will bump that up to 8)
Monitor: Samsung S16A100N (1366 x 768)
HDD: Seagate 500 GB
PSU: Generic 500W (the label got messed up so I can't really make anything out of what's left)

Intended for: High NBA 2K14 or at least medium NBA 2K15 and buttery smooth PlayStation 2 emulation through PCSX2 or whatever game the rig can take. The upgrades will be primarily for better gaming performance. I might turn this to a Hackintosh if the GPU would be an Nvidia but to play games will be the top priority.

As stated in the title here are the cards that I found:

POWERCOLOR HD7730 1GB GDDR5 128BIT (AX7730 1GBD5-HE) video card

INNO3D GEFORCE GT 730 2GB DDR5 64BIT (KEPLER) VIDEOCARD

They're of the same price.

Solution
I would suggest you wait until you have the funds available as prices may change significantly and this advice would be obsolete byt hen.
