inno3d gtx 970

Hi , i have ordered the Inno3D GTX 970 watercooled from caseking with waterblock installed.
Does anyone own the card and can tell if it overclocks well and give some feedback ?
I think i read somewhere its hard limited by voltage.

the gtx 970's oc very well, the voltages are limited by nvidia green light
