Info Inno3d iChill rtx 2080 ti frosbite customer support problem

Inno3d Support totaly has no idea about what they are selling. Here is the story in short. i have bought Inno3d geforce rtx 2080 ti ichill frosbite from amazon.co.uk. Because there is not so much information even at the inno3ds offical website i thought the entire water cooling system is included. But in order to be sure i asked the support team if the water cooler seperately and they answer as it is included . After the card arrived when i open the box i see there is no water cooling system included so i rewrite to the support team and Mr Stanley Chow answered me as he understand me wrong and i need to buy it seperately which means that i need to pay around $500 for it . if he answered me correctly i can return the card back or resell it . But i lost all my chance because Mr. stanley chow misunderstand me . so stay away from this firm they dont even know what they are selling

how sadly mine is frosbite and it doesnt have a cooling system you must have a liquid cooling at your case to use it and the problem is when i asked sales manager he told me frosbite has its own cooling system
