Question INNO3D rtx 2060 12gb

Hello, this is my first post on the forum. My build pc was msi a320 pro m2 8gx2 G.skill ram Seasonic 750w 80 Gold plus rtx 2060 12gb ryzen 3 3200g 1tb sata I bought a second hand ryzen 5 3600 and after installing the rtx 2060 it presented error 043. New os installed same error DDU to uninstall the graphics drivers and I reinstalled the drivers and the error continues. I updated the bios to the latest version and error continues

Under device manager does the igpu and gpu show up and are there any errors showing?

try another PCIE slot, also make sure PCIE 6/8pin power plugs are all seating properly

the motherboard only has one pcie slot, my issue is the graphics card was working with some crash on warzone game with cpu (ryzen 3 3200G) being used at 100% and gpu at 50% after changing to ryzen 5 3600 error 043 occurred in the graphics could the problem be with the r5 3600?
