inno3d vs visiontech GF2 ULTRA

I'm ordering a Geforce2 ULTRA today. I'm torn between the Inno3d and Visiontek.
I can't find any comparisons between the two.

Anyone have any thoughts on the pros and cons of the two?
Also anyoneknow much about the inno3ed vivo module?

It really doesn't matter as far as quality is concerned, they are the same in that respect. If both are offering 4ns memory, go for the cheapest one. Unless you are interested in the VIVO feature of the inno3d version, which adds value.

What is the vivo feature? I can't find a good description. I've been able to gather that it's used for video capture. Which confuses me because I thought it had a tv out...
Can someone explain?
