that cooler looks horrible, although its unlikely i will ever buy a titan, if i did i would stick to a reference cooler.

actually the cooler works great, the best one i owned. runs at 49-50 deg C most of the time, and 55 on a hot day playing bf3 on ultra.

the one i own is not orange though and i think it looks nice, dont like the blue pcb though but i bought it anyway.
had bad experience with inno3d years ago but gave them a chance again after reading several reviews with high praises. so far so good

Just buy the cheapest card with the reference cooler and put an Arctic Cooling cooler on it. They may be expensive but you can't beat them for noise and cooling capacity except with a water block.

titan is one of those cards that you drool over from a distance and then buy a 7870 2gb and be happy.
