Innovative Laptop design

I like this video of an innovative laptop design:

What do you think? Is it becoming unnecessary with phone apps and tablet pc's? Would you carry around something like that? Does it look too much like a purse? Why don't we already have designs like these available today?

Wow, that's pretty cool. I'm not sure how well it would sell unless it's about as affordable as modern-day tablets. Of course, there would be people to buy it just for the "cool" factor of it.. though they might want to think of another way to carry it around.

Sweet. It's very hard to manufacturer something like this however at a reasonable price. The problem is to cram a motherboard with a decent CPU on it in a tiny space like that requires some serious engineering and really good quality capacitors and metals. Plus heat dissipation? Flexible OLED screens cost a fortune.... and its much easier and cheaper to make longer flat motherboards.

But great idea, none the less.
