Inpage trouble

Hello,
when i try to install Motorola Phone Tools, it always says Error performing inpage operation, can you help me?

1. Run chkdsk on your C drive.

2. Download/install/run http://www.ccleaner.com/
It's free and can clean up possible problems with installation programs.
