Question Input Delay Related to bad house power?

Been dealing with this weird input lag for close to a year now, the best way to describe it is the mouse doesnt feel 'sharp' in shooting games which puts my aim off massively, it feels like im playing windowed full screen but it clearly says full screen in the game and game files. i have mouse acc off and all settings on performance inpluding the nvidia gpu settings.

I have tried everything, 3 new mouses, new psu, new gpu, new 144hz monitor and nothing fixed it so i decided to go ahead and buy a Brand new PC with completely different parts apart from the mobo, and the same exact problem is still there. at this point im thinking its something related to the electric in my house as its is a pretty old british house.

Im not no computer specialists so i hope someone can help with this issue.

This sound more likely to be your modem or the internet itself.

very strange you mention this as i too have notice this behaviour across different devices connected to the internet not just computer i am talking PS4 and its slow, laggy as well as stop pausing, its same with my brothers xboxes and my other computer is doing the same.

i rebuild my computers too no better and i checked my modem and restarted it number off times it has helped until Microsoft pushes out feature update to the servers around the world then the problem returns.

So would be first check modem then pointing the finger at the isp provider servers themself and microsoft as the suspects in this case.

Just to add no computer viruses or nasty spyware or adware checked for that as well either took my computer to friends house and his having same issues and he lives three suburb over from me.

that why i conclude its isp and Microsoft updates as it happens 1 to 2 weeks before i get my graphic updates then Microsoft Windows 10 updates.

one other thing comes to mind i turn off xbox features in Windows 10 and block it in the firewall before playing online games found it helps alot.

How full is that 120Gb. Have you deleted hiberfil.sys? Not just turn off hibernation. That'll get you back @ 12Gb of ssd space. (75% ish of current ram size). Typically you'd not want to see more than @ 70-80Gb on a 120Gb ssd, or stuff starts getting shunted to the hdd, pagefile, and thats seriously slow.

When setting up windows, was it just with the ssd installed, or was the hdd also there. That can create issues as windows will park part of itself as attached to the hdd as well, giving wierd jumps in communication speeds as it keeps checking between both drives. When installing windows, all drives except OS should be data disconnected.

The issue started on my old pc, i was in a game and everything was fine, i took a 5 min break came back to the pc and out of nowhere it was just laggy and the mouse felt floaty and not sharp, it feels like my game sensitivity is playing up. it wont be anything to do with the ssd or hdd

How would my internet directly affect the way my mouse responsiveness feels? my internet has been playing up recently but can it really affect the pc in that way?
