Question Input lag in every game, and monitors ghosting suddenly ?

Hello, my pc was working fine for about 2years and was working fine just 3 months ago but now i have suddenly monitor ghosting on both monitors, i can see dark shadow when moving mouse cursor for example. Its not related to monitor settings ive tried it, input lag still there. i dont think it has anything to do with windows since i have reinstalled windows and still get same problem. I have took the gpu out of the pc and still same ghosting and input lag. There is more problems, i can see red lines next to some letters. Dark spots displaying on monitor is really blocky and grainy. Some of these problems are noticable even in bios. Some texts/logos look pixelated suddenly, it was never like this they even look bad in bios or the monitors itself display texts look blurry and pixelated or out of place just a little. This is getting worse, every competitive fps game is unplayable which i used to enjoy before.
