Question Input lag in games after a few hours

Hey guys, so I've had this issue since I built my new pc about a month or two ago. Everything seemed to work fine when I first built it, and the only issue I have at the moment is that I keep getting slight input lag after using my pc for about 3-4 hours. I keep constantly having to restart my pc so that the input lag goes away, and the cycle just repeats. I have an ssd so my restarts don't take long but it's still really annoying having to do that every so often. Was there something I didn't do when I first built my computer, or is some program causing this issue? Please help

Here are my specs just in case:

Motherboard: MAG Z390 Tomahawk
CPU: i7-8700k
GPU: MSI RTX 2070 Armor
RAM: Vengeance Pro 16 GB (3000 MHz)
SSD: Samsung 860 Evo 1 TB
HDD: WD 1 TB
Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 212 LED

Make and model of your PSU? How old is it? Are you on the latest BIOS update for your motherboard? Which games have you noticed the lag take place? Speaking of input lag, do you have a short video showing the issue take place?

My power supply is a Seasonic Focus Plus 850W Platinum. I only got it 1-2 months ago when I built my pc. I'm pretty sure I have the latest BIOS update as well. Some games in particular would be Rainbow Six Siege, Apex Legends, and Overwatch. And no, I don't have a video of the issue.

I have the exact same issue, i always have to restart my computer then after maybe 3-4 games it will come back again. Its been like this for months and i have tried everything in my power.
