Question Input lag in online shooters ?

Hello,i have the same mouse input lag in every game i play,but only online,cs 1.6 cs:cz csgo valorant. When i play offline i dont have any problems in all these games . When i play online and when i interact with enemies or when some action is happening on the map my mouse has huge input lag ,fps doesnt matter i have 300-500 ,but even if i lock fps to 100 for test i still got the same problem. I tried reinstall windows, all windows tweaks and network adapter tweaks,new cable cat8 ,new ISP

What ping are you getting?
Are you using a wired or wireless connection?

Same problem with 5 ping and 200 ping ,wireless or wired.

What monitor are you using? These days, fast twitch online shooters require a display with pretty fast response time and high refresh rate if you play with very skilled players, because such peripherals are common now and many have them.

Also, make sure your mouse polling rate is set to 1000. Input lag is more often caused by the display than the mouse though.

I changed many PCs ,monitors(curent 240hz alienware),mice(current g403 HERO logitech.For sure its not hardware related except probably Network card.

The only thing that improved my game is - disabled onboard NIC and bought internal PCIE network card,but its far from fixed.

I understand its very hard,i cant fix this for years,but give me please some suggestion what could cause this.
