Question Input lag when playing FC25 online with XBox Series X ?

Hello people. So around 2-3 days ago i started to notice input lag only online in EA Sports FC25 especially in ultimate team. When trying to move they turn super slow and sometimes passing and shooting the ball is slow as well. I didnt have this issue before. Any solutions? Gaming otherwise is smooth. I dont know if its during black friday because their servers are being overused. If someone else here who plays FC25 please tell me how your game is working in ultimate team
