1st off, don't get phenom ii x6. if you really want a phenom, get an x4 955. though you still can't really argue that an i5 2500k will do better in games. definitely get the 2gb version of the 6950 if you plan to game on three monitors. You may want to consider 6970 though, if you can afford it. seasonic, antec, corsair, and pc power and cooling are some great companies to buy power supplies from, so get one from one of those companies. also, what's your overall budget on this build?

well i havent realy put a limit just yet as it will be ongoing once up and running eventualy i will do water cooling and overclock been away from sceen for while had bout with cancer and life but so far i am under a grand thanks for input on power suplys i plan to get up and running on the basic desktop build using my hd tv and existing keyboard and mouse also noticed that bulldozer will be out in 7 days or so so i might get that one instead of phenom . i have always wanted to do a water cool build but life side tracked me and now back on track so i figured the crosshair v formula and 6950 with good psu and 1866 ram would be good start to get running and if bulldozer avilable this month i would be set for gaming then january next yr start purchasing items for water cooling and reading up on monitors then eventualy add watercooling then monitors so budget will be flexible as it will be low to start then add up later but should last for yrs as i can add more graphics cards crossfire them and with bulldozer should be fine what ya think

i'd get a phenom ii x4 955, and an am3+ mb. If you're going to upgrade to bulldozer, there's no reason to get the best phenom ii. also, I'd highly recommend an hd 6970.
