Okay, display was working fine on my PC, I decided to connect it to my Television, play some games with my family, make sure resolution is set to one that my monitor can support(1280x1024), I bring my PC back into my room, connect it with my monitor, turn it on, everything was fine until after the windows 10 logo and the dots spinning in a circle, then there should appear the picture, where I drag it up, and type my password. Instead of that, I get the floating text saying "Input Not Supported". I reconnect it to the other smaller Television in my room, it starts in a lower resolution(800x600), I try to bring it back in a lower resolution onto my PC, It starts, in 1024x768, with no option to turn it back to 1280x1024, I then try to install the drivers I got with my graphics card from the CD, in the middle of the installation, input not supported. I try to start my PC again, input not supported. After that I try to connect it back to that same Tv, again not supported by the Tv. Now I start it in the safe mode with networking, it works, and I can select 1280x1024 without any problem. Now I download the newest drivers from the manufacturer's site for my graphics card, install them with no problem, try restarting my PC, again input not supported. It won't even start with low resolution mode. So keep in mind, my monitor could support resolutions up to 1280x1024, now it won't support any resolution, except in safe mode. This is my first time posting on Tom's Hardware, sorry if the post is messy. Now I shall put my system information here:

Operating system: Windows 10 Pro 64-bit

CPU: AMD Phenom X4 9600B Agena 65nm Technology

RAM: 8.00GB

Motherboard:Hewlett-Packard 3029h (XU1 PROCESSOR) %1 Chipset

Monitor: Standard Monitor on Microsoft Basic Display Driver (Acer B173)
This is current info on my Monitor which I copied from Speccy (I'm posting this in safe mode):

Current Resolution 1280x1024 pixels
Work Resolution 1280x984 pixels
Active signal resolution 1280x1024 (this is from advanced display settings, not sure if it's the same as Work Resolution(which is from speccy), because resolution doesn't match with it)
State Enabled, Primary
Monitor Width 1280
Monitor Height 1024
Monitor BPP 32 bits per pixel
Monitor Frequency 64 Hz
Device \\.\DISPLAY1
Color format RGB

GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050 Ti Cerberus O4G
Also from Speccy:

Manufacturer NVIDIA
Model GeForce GTX 1050 Ti

Also says the current temperature: 35 °C

Optical Drives: Optiarc DVD RW AD-7201S ATA Device

Audio: USB Audio Device

Although I don't think all this info is necessary except GPU and Monitor, but to make sure I don't have to add too much later. Hope someone can help me with this issue, that is all I have for now.

Edit: I forgot to mention, my monitor is connected to my PC with a VGA cable, with a DVI-D adapter into graphics card, because graphics card has no VGA slot, it only has HDMI, DVI-D and Display Port. Monitor has only VGA and DVI-D, but I couldn't find a DVI-D cable in my town, only the adapter. Also VGA into HDMI didn't work, so this was the only option for me, and It worked just fine.

Edit 2: My sister just tried to open Pro Evolution Soccer 2017 in safe mode, it says that I need 512mb vram from my gpu, please don't tell me my gpu is dead....

I'm currently on the motherboard rather than the gpu, but as far as i remember I don't have nvidia control panel in safe mode.

No I still don't have Nvidia control panel that way, the gpu probably needs to be in the system for it to be available.
