I decided to reset my pc to try to fix a problem with Windows. While trying to reset the pc, a problem occurred causing no changes to be made. So, I tried to reset with the use of a recovery USB. This also had a problem causing no changes, however I couldn't exit back to Windows 10. I tried restarting and hard shutting down which lead me back to the previous screen. Eventually, I restarted my pc and on the reboot my monitor displayed "Input not support". Now, when I boot up my pc my monitor displays "Input not supported". To fix this, I tried to open up BIOS and Safe Mode which didn't work. I'm curious to find other solutions for the problem.

Solution
Are you unable to boot into Safe Mode? Just for information, what was your original problem which made you decide to reset?

This problem has been known to occur with Acer monitors where the system is set to an incompatible resolution/refresh rate. The fix is to boot into Windows in Safe Mode and change the resolution and refresh rate to your monitors native values (1920 x 1080 @ 75Hz).
