Input not supported (CSGO)

Hey guys I recently upgraded my PC and I kept my old monitor. I tried changing my aspect ratio to 4:3 on cs go and it says "Input not supported". I had no problem with these kind of stuff on my old pc. Also i tried it on differents games runnin it at 1080p but still says "input not supported". Back when i had my old pc i can run games at 1080p resolution no problem. Please help.

Current pc specs :
i5-6400
Gtx 1060
8 gb ram
Gigabyte GA-H110M-H 2xDDR4

Old pc specs :
Amd a8-5600k
Gtx 750 ti
4 gb ram
Fm2 something mobo

How did you fix it?? its really bothering me and afffecting my gameplay since im not used to this resolutuion

-safe -windowed -w(res) -h(res)
