Hey guys I recently upgraded my PC and I kept my old monitor. I tried changing my aspect ratio to 4:3 on cs go and it says "Input not supported". I had no problem with these kind of stuff on my old pc. Also i tried it on differents games runnin it at 1080p but still says "input not supported". Back when i had my old pc i can run games at 1080p resolution no problem. Please help.

Current pc specs :
i5-6400
Gtx 1060
8 gb ram
Gigabyte GA-H110M-H 2xDDR4

Old pc specs :
Amd a8-5600k
Gtx 750 ti
4 gb ram
Fm2 something mobo

I suppose it is monitor that says "input not supported". Also I assume monitor works fine in Windows desktop.
There are two parts to consider: resolution and refresh rate. Clearly your monitor is capable of 1080p, but might not be able to do that at refresh rates set by the game. Check the manual of your monitor what refresh rates it accepts at 1080p and make the game select only supported (Normally it's something NVidia drivers take care of, but if your monitor is old, drivers might not be able to detect it properly. Go to Nvidia control panel and check if resolution/refresh rate combos that drivers use are all supported by monitor)

WHen i tried changing it to 1080p 60Hz it says input not spproted on my desktop. Same sa well at 59hz. Will buying a new monitor fix this?
