hello this is my second time asking for help on this website. Basically i was changing resolutions and now im stuck in the resolution, but i cant see the screen, all i can see is a blue box floating around my screen saying input not supported. and when i start it up in safe mode i cant select which keyboard layout i was because my mouse doesnt move and there isnt even a mouse on the screen, please help me thanks 😀

Your resolution is too large/the wrong resolution for your monitor, and will need to be changed manually through the windows settings. You can do this by booting into low resolution mode, which should be in the same area as safe mode I believe.

As for the mouse issue, try plugging your mouse into different USB ports. I've seen through experience that sometimes USB ports don't always work with things that you plug into it. You should be able to use your keyboards arrow keys and the enter key to navigate.

So, noob question : if I can't see my screen, how would I go about booting in safe mode? I can only get to the BIOS...
