Question input not supported

i was restoring my old pc that stuck on the attic testing it it works i can went on the cmos but the problem is after the motherboard brand show the next text will be shown with a black background is Input not supported they say its on resolution but i cant do anything as i cant get move to the settings of windows i tried connecting the vga on the motherboard, tried changing the cable and same text popping its only have 512mb ram and i dont boot hard drive as i test it i think its on the ram as its have low capacity can you help me spot the roblem

and what monitor are you try to connect it to? try different one? might need one that support 640x480

i have a aoc e1670sw has a hd resolution of 1366x768 with aspect ratio of 16:9

depend on how old this pc is. might not support that 16:9, need something that use 4:3

motherboard: emaxx emx-ig31-avl
Ram type: DDR2
Video card: geforce 6200tc

what you think of the specs? what hardware should i upgrade to support 16:9 ratio?

upgrade? junk it and get a new pc
