Your mb choice is not ideal for an FX processor . It uses an older chip set that cant fully support an FX processor .
Only use board with an 970 or 990 series chip set
Id also use win 8 . Its easy to add a start button nd the license lets you move it to another computer while 7 is locked to the first mb
