Input on this pc build... again

I have spent a fair while planning my build, i am not 100% with all of the parts so i have spent a while comparing, replacing, asking etc to try get what i can for how much im willing to spend.

That is the build i am getting, getting the new mouse because my naga is dying, the case i am fair adamant on, not a fan of the stryker, i prefer black.

I am just wondering if what i have will run most games on ultra, would it be better to get a GTX 760 or is the 770 worth the extra $80 or so.

My price range is around the 1500 mark, minus shipping etc. So spending more is probably not the best, i will get a ssd or two later when i start my new job.

Maybe a slightly more powerful PSU? Since the GTX770 minimum is 600w (I think?) I'd at least maybe go for 750W Just to be safe really. Remember you're not getting the full power your PSU really states.
Also, should consider an SDD. They're a pretty nice addition to have.

That PSU is plenty for the stated system.

What I'd try to get is an aftermarket CPU Cooler, like a Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO for a budget but good one.

Right of course the cooling, cannot forget that, thanks, ill chuck in one of the 212 evo's.
