Hi all

I was out of town for this weekend, and when I came back home i noticed this on one of my monitors.

I have three total monitors, two are in my GPU and the other is in the motherboard. Anything ive seen online tells me to change refresh rate but i'm trying to understand how this just happened over the weekend without anyone touching it?

When i reset my pc I can see the monitor look like it has a signal but then when the other two monitors turn on at the login page, it goes back to Input signal out of range.

Solution
Well, for whatever reason, it appears that Windows forgot the correct display settings for that monitor and the only thing you can do about it is reset that monitor's settings. Why did it happen? You may never know. Could be some software that messed it up, could be a hardware hiccup with the GPU/iGP, a glitch with the monitor or cable, etc. Unless you can fix then replicate the issue, figuring out what may have happened could take a while.
if the pc was on and sleeping it may have lost power and the bios has glitched. go into the bios make sure muilt monitor support is set to on. check primany dispaly set to peg for main gpu and ipgpu for intel cpu. if it set to auto the ipgpu may not be turning on. if the settings are right and the monitors not turning on. unplug one of the working monitors and swap the cables see if the error follows the monitor or the port. if it the mb port try clearing the cmos and making sure the mb has the newest bios file.
