Insane Audio Stuttering

Hello, I registered to this forum to maybe solve my problem with audio stuttering.
Audio stuttering comes from gaming and youtube etc...
The problem first came from when I played Rust at night, no stuttering and the next day when school ended then my computer started stuttering. I tried my Intel's IGPU and no stutters occured but when I installed back the graphics card drivers it started stuttering. PC has been to warranty and the warranty guys changed my H110M-DVS motherboard to H110M-DGS.


Things I have tried:
Installing Windows 7 from Windows 10 (still stuttering)
Installing fresh audio drivers and graphics drivers.

Specs----------------------------
OS:Windows 10 Home 64-bit
CPU:Intel i5-7600
RAM: 8 GB Single-Channel
Motherboard: ASROCK H110M-DGS
Graphics: MSI GTX 1070 ARMOR 8G OC
PSU: 650W???? Aerocool VX-650

Well I have onboard ELNA audio with my asrock board, I have NVIDIA hdmi output but I don't use it
so I think I am using onboard audio.

When you play games and it the sound stutters does it affect your fps? Any sort of lagging?

Try looking around in your audio setting bit rate and try changing it.

When I play games and the audio stutters then the game freezes and does a buzz sound.
I have changed my audio bit rate a couple of times and it still doesn't do anything.

Might be your game made the sound driver crashed.
This problem only happens when you play rust? Does other games make this problem as well?

It happens when I play other games or watch youtube or something that has audio.
