Insane Internet Speeds But Still Buffering?

So, i've been trying to watch movies on GoMovies and HDOnline (Pirate Sites) and lately for some reason, the movies buffer every 2-5 seconds, its quite annoying and i'd be grateful for a fix!

I can assure you that my specs are good enough to handle this as I built my PC and this problem has only started to recently happen.
Again, I'm Hoping for a solution! 😀

I was using Chrome and having this issue so i switched to Opera but the problem persists
