Insane Spikes Most noticeable while gaming

Ok, so in the last week or so I have been getting some massive spike, It does it in and out of games. My normal latency is around 30-60 for most games and it ends up shooting to 1000-2000, before this problem started I was constantly disconnecting, I had no spikes at the time. The only thing I can think of that has changed is we upgraded with our ISP from 4/2 to 8/4. I'm running on a wireless connection as well and have tried multiple adapters and different routers. This was not happening about 2-3 months ago, the problems had just come on in the last few months. Its starting to drive me crazy because I have no clue of what would be causing this.

If anyone has any way of fixing this PLEASE help me out.

its can be ISP doing something at the moment is the anyway you can test that.

That's the only thing that I can think of being the reason as well (as of now at least). I planned on calling them tomorrow so well see.
