Insane stutter after a while

Since 2 or 3 days, games started to stutter insanely after a while :/
It started with Wolfenstein new order, and now is the same with Far cry 4 and Skyrim, if I alt tab for a minute or less, when I go back to the game is smooth as usual for a while, and then stutters starts again :/
I dont think is temps, installed a cpu cooler recently and works flawlessly, GPU goes to 60C but I think thats the same as always, used the Windows memory test and didnt get any error.
I defrag all drives once weekly and use Ccleaner regularly.
Of course I tried disabling AV and all running programs.
Updated graphic driver but still the same :/
My specs:
GTX 750 oc edition
FX 6300 3.5mhz
4gb RAM on 2 modules.
Thermaltake TR2 500w not bronze
Motherboard: 960GM-VGS3 FX

How much ram does resource monitor say is being used while gaming? I was having similar problems and saw my ram usage go up to 3.8 out of 4. I ran ccleaner with everything checked and it fixed the problem.

I figured out the problem:
When I installed the cpu cooler, I didnt attached the side case again, then three days ago, decided to screw it again, that triggered the problem, it seems that some part of the pc heats a lot, I removed the case again and everything is working fine again.
