Question Insane temperatures on the CPU and motherboard

Hello guys.
About 4 month ago my CPU started to reach 90ºC every time. Not gaming or doing stuff, just browsing and watching Youtube. I just checked everything I could, but there is no way to fix it. The liquid cooler is fine and the thermpaste aswell. Here are some PCspecs:
Intel Core i7-6700 3.40Ghz
16 RAM
MSI H170 Gaming Motherboard
Sapphire AMD Radeon RX 590
SSD+HHD
Any support or idea will be apriciated.

Hello and welcome to the forum.

What is your liquid cooler?, Is it an AIO, or custom loop?

How old is this liquid cooler?, Was it brand new when you got it?

Can you state how do you know that your liquid cooler is working properly? What tests have you done so far? Do you know for sure the pump is working?, What about the fan on the radiator?

Did you cleaned the old thermal paste and reapplied new one?

What kind of software are you using to read temps?

Have you tried with the stock cooler that the i7 6700 comes with in the box?

Why did you wrote that the motherboard is also having high temps, exactly what sensor or part of you mobo are you measuring?
