Insanely High GPU Temps

I've got SLI Going on 4 Titan z GPUs. I'm attatching MSI afterburner pics (keep in mind this is at full fan speed) . It's as if the cards are under load but they aren't. what's up with that? help me make them colder please.http://

update: also absolute shit now. I'm talking 7 fps average

I didn't think it was possible to run 4 Titan Z's since that's actually 8 GPU cores; I thought the max was 4-way SLI?

4 way SLI = 2x Titan Zs
4x Titan Zs = 8 GPUs = compatibility issues since maximum supported amount of GPUs is 4.
