Insanely high ping on BF4 servers.

good day sirs!



im having ridiculous ping in BF4 servers. Like 3,000,000+ ms and not letting me enter a server. I usually play with 60ms - 110ms. I tried repairing the game, restarted my router and PC, also turned of my firewall. Nothing seemed to work. All other devices that are connected through wifi are working fine and with 0 issues. My PC is the only one connected to the router by cable. I tested my ping it tested fine http://www.speedtest.net/my-result/5147335193



but when ran cmd and check my ping through google it showed that time=200ms - 500ms

but when I run other online games like BO3, I play it with no problems with 100-150 ms.



checked my WLAN drivers and they were up to date.

Use command prompt and ping 104.153.108.76. Thats an American BF4 server if your in the US I would expect response times to be under 100ms.

Here is a server in Britain I would ping this is your closer to Britain than the US. 185.16.85.22. Im on the East coast of the US and I get a response time of about 90ms on the server in Britain.

If you get good response times pinging those servers but not in game and everywhere else other than bf4 has okay response times then I would try opening the ports that bf4 uses on your router. Which is known as port fowarding if your familer with it.
