Insanely Slow Download Speed

These past few days my games have been running awfully slow, and my speedtests show download speeds as low as 0.13 mbps.
I've had trouble connecting to discord calls, joining/loading games, and loading nearly anything else in general. This only started happening this past week or two.

Usually, my download speed is ~20-25 mbps, and could download/update files at up to 16 mbps.

My family uses a single router with 2 wifi's online, one 4G, another 5G, I use the 5G one.

The laptop I am using is the Lenovo Ideapad Y700- 15ISK Signature Edition

If anyone has any ideas on what is causing this to happen or has any solutions, please let me know.

Have someone else run speedtest on another device and see if they get the same slow speeds. If so then try rebooting the modem/router. If speeds still remain slow then contact your ISP.
