Inspect element gap fill

So I have a question. I'm about to write an online test..i already studied for it but I still wanna know if there is a way to get the INPUT words (gap fill) from inspect element and maybe multiple choise quiestion answers too? I know it is possible could someone please tell me?

The answer would be no, the answers most most likely be validated server-side (your school) not client-side (your browser)
