Inspiron 13 Brightness problem

Hi, I am using Inspiron 13 7000 series. I bought this laptop for about half year ago. Previously, I can control the brightness and I change it frequently. However, they are not functioning these days on the keyboard and the control panel. Can you please help me? I'm so frustrating.
