So i have a Inspiron 15 Gaming 7567 and i had it for 2 years, after 3 days of getting this brand new laptop and installing all dell drivers i had alot of stutter, lag, screen tearing, fps slowdowns and sometimes screen glitches i also had to fix a new issue every day for a year, after i realised those problems were there because the laptop came with a already dying sshd so after replacing it with a ssd it still had all the stutter, lag, tearing etc but i didnt have to fix a issue every day, after that (and before) i wasnt able to play most fps games even on the lowest settings and i got mad because i cant even play cs:go on the lowest settings without problems so i tried installing the nvidia driver for the gpu instead of using the dell driver and after it ran almost like a normal gaming laptop with worse specs but then i realised for it to run like that i had to reinstall the driver every 2-3 days so now that it runs almost like a normal laptop i still have the remaining issues : fps slowdowns, stutter, screen tearing (even with vsync on), crashes, audio lag and screen glitches. If anyone has a idea how to fix atleast some of these problems please tell me i think i tried everything already.

Solution
That was a painful reading lol. I mean fixing the issues daily that sounds awful.
Just reading the specs while typing i can already tell its probably thermal throttling as we speak, to confirm this download aida64 trial and run system stability test. Press x mark on both CPU and GPU then do it, after 5 minutes you can take picture of the CPU core and GPU temperatures.

If it tells your thermal throttling then download Intel XTU and follow this guide (use value -80mv instead of -150mv as he has different cpu, test stability and then go up to -100mv and stay there :

Sorry i didnt notice you asked for temps i did the system stability test again and this time i noticed that the cpu is throttling so im gonna try and do stuff from the vid you sent

So the cpu temps are kinda weird when i run the test with -100mv at first it goes all the way to 83 in 30 seconds and stays there for a max of 2 minutes then it goes to 70 and stays ... doesnt it usually go to 70 at first then then to 80 in most laptops?

So i got rid of audio lag (i think), screen glitches and theres less stutter and for some reason the dell driver now works just like the nvidia one but i cant play doom eternal because it doesnt support the version of the driver rust still crashes when im joining a server but i think i can fix that and screen tearing is still there but in some games vsync actually helps but for some reason when im moving my mouse in a circle with vsync on i can see that everything leaves this "dust" behind but i can still play the game and ignore it so now theres just the screen tearing, some stutter (only sometimes) and fps slowdowns (the game feels like its speeding up and slowing down) also i tried recording the game with obs to see if it captures the tearing or the "dust" and the tearing cant be seen and the "dust" is almost invisible in the recording and for some reason in the recording it was lagging but while i was playing the game it was ok

There was no temperature curve on the GPU, but those share same heatsink.

Just go to nvidia control panel => manage 3d settings => global settings => Power management mode to maximum performance. And apply. Thing is then your using 1050ti all the time, if you dont want that, select a game specifically from the dropdown menu and leave global settings as it is.

You can tweak the undervolt value even more up to -125mv but dont go any lower, if its stable leave it there.

With nvidia and dell drivers i would always suggest using DDU in safe mode between every single driver installation and removal, this program removes everything from the old drivers.

You can also change vsync etc from nvidia control panel, for global settings or for 1 game at a time.
