i bought a new dell inspiron 15R touch screen . touch screen doesn't worked since the begain.
any one here can help me to make it active????

You might try the steps here http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-8/touch-pen-settings-faq under "How Do I Calibrate My Pen and Touch Settings?"
If still no joy and because the laptop is new (I'm assuming very recent purchase) and that is not expected behavior, I'd return it to the retailer for exchange
